General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Taxi Tokanak

  1. Scope of application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship between the customer and the cab company Taxi Tokanak. By using our services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
  1. Non-binding inquiries

2.1 All requests for cab rides via our platform or by phone are considered non-binding. There is no contractual obligation for both parties to confirm or accept a specific ride. 2.2 Non-binding requests can be made by phone or email.

  1. Cancellations

3.1 Cancellations of rides must be communicated by phone or e-mail at least 2 hours before the agreed ride date. 3.2 In case of cancellations less than 2 hours before the trip notification, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the agreed trip amount.

  1. Increase in availability

4.1 In order to increase the availability of Taxi Tokanak, certain information may be requested from Customers. 4.2. customers must confirm the requested data belonging to the request by clicking a checkbox on the platform or otherwise.

  1. Use of user data

5.1 The user data provided during the request will be used exclusively for processing and handling the request. 5.2 We treat your data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of the request or required by law.

  1. Cancellation or rejection of requests

6.1 Taxi Tokanak reserves the right to cancel or refuse any request without giving any reason. 6.2 In case of cancellation or refusal of a request, we will make every effort to inform the Client as soon as possible.

  1. Review and confirmation of requests

7.1 As soon as a client submits a request, Taxi Tokanak will check it for the possibility of a ride. 7.2 Based on the review, the request is either confirmed or rejected. Only with the confirmation of the request it becomes binding.

  1. Cancellation by the customer

8.1 The Customer has the possibility to cancel the trip at least 2 hours before the agreed date of the trip. 8.2 Cancellations must be communicated by phone or e-mail. 8.3 In case of timely cancellation, the customer will not incur any costs.

  1. Status message and email notifications

9.1 The customer will be regularly informed about the status of his request by e-mail. 9.2 The e-mail notifications contain up-to-date information on the confirmation or rejection of the request. 9.3 Based on these status messages, the Customer can view the current status of the trip request, whether it is being completed or rejected.

  1. Disclaimer

10.1 Taxi Tokanak shall not be liable for any delays, failures or other inconveniences in connection with a trip request or the execution of the trip, unless they are due to gross negligence or intent on the part of Taxi Tokanak.

  1. Severability clause

11.1 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 11.2 The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision.

  1. Jurisdiction

12.1 For all disputes in connection with these GTC and the associated business relations, German law shall apply exclusively. 13.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Taxi Tokanak, provided that the Client is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.

These GTC shall enter into force as of the date of publication and shall remain in force as long as they are not replaced by new GTC.
