A request only becomes binding once it has been confirmed by Taxi Tokanak. There is no contractual obligation for either party prior to confirmation.

You have the option of canceling your journey up to 2 hours before the agreed departure time. The cancellation must be communicated by telephone or e-mail.

If you cancel up to 2 hours before the trip, you will not incur any costs. In the case of cancellations made less than 2 hours before the trip notification, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the agreed trip sum.

We will send you regular email notifications about the current status of your request. These messages will inform you of the confirmation or rejection of your request.

If your request is denied, we will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the opportunity to find alternative transport options.

Your user data will only be used by us to process and process the request. We treat your data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties, unless this is necessary to fulfill the request or is required by law.

Find out when you get the prices for your trip from us.

The price for your request will be sent to you after the request has been processed. We check the information and calculate the expected price based on the prices given by the city of Hallbergmoos.

You always have the option to decline the price by replying to our offer and saying so. If you do not respond to our offer, we will assume that you agree to the price.

If you decline the price, we will cancel your request accordingly and you will not incur any costs. You will then have the opportunity to find alternative transport options.

If you agree to the price, we will then send you a confirmation of the booking. The journey becomes binding and we reserve the appropriate driver and vehicle for you.

Our prices are based on the prices specified by the town of Hallbergmoos. We are guided by the applicable tariffs and fees in order to offer you fair pricing.

The agreed price is usually paid directly to the driver, either in cash or by credit card or via SumUp link by email.

For journeys over 100 euros, we usually require a transfer via the SumUp link, which you will receive by email. Alternatively, you can also select the "SumUp Transfer" option in our request system.

After confirming your journey, we will send you your SumUp link, which you can conveniently pay for online.

After confirming your ride, we'll email you your SumUp link. You can use this link to conveniently make your payment online.

Once you get the SumUp link, just click on it and follow the instructions on the web page. There you can enter your payment details and complete the payment.

We typically use the SumUp link for trips over 100 euros. For amounts below this, direct payment to the driver is usually possible.

SumUp attaches great importance to the security of payments. The transactions are encrypted and meet current security standards.

If you have problems with the payment via SumUp, you can contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you and find a solution together.

In addition to payment via the SumUp link, we usually also offer the option of paying in cash.
